Clips N'Cutz
A custom salon CRM for Clips N'Cutz Unisex Salon in Lagos, replacing scattered notebooks and WhatsApp threads with one mobile-first system for walk-ins, bookings, multi-staff commission tracking, and weekly payouts. Three role-based dashboards (owner, manager, staff) sit behind PIN auth, with five automated WhatsApp flows — booking confirmations, 24h/2h reminders, 7-day follow-ups, and 30-day re-engagement — running on Africa's Talking and migrating to Meta WhatsApp Cloud API once the dedicated line is approved. Installable as a PWA on staff phones, themed light/dark, and built end-to-end on Next.js + Supabase. Now being productised for Nigerian salons looking to consolidate operations.
